I hope this message will find you in good health. This is to bring to your attention the progress of our different projects. In addition, the Society Management Committee is delighted to update you on the available products and the latest developments.

Below is a summary of all the products update:

 

PROJECT UPDATE TIMELINE
KISAJU 1
  • We have received title processing fee of Ksh. 40,000 for a number of plots. However, investors should  expedite payment to  facilitate  this process.
  • Title deeds to be ready by March 31st 2017 if all members will have paid up.
KISAJU ANNEX
  • Title deeds in our offices.
  • Title deeds ready for collection.
KISAJU 2
  • Title deeds in our offices.
  • Title deeds ready for collection
TINGA 2
  • Title deeds for members who have cleared and successfully picked their plots are being processed.
  • Title deeds to be ready by April  2017.
TINGA 2
  • Office is planning for site visit and beacon pointing exercise.
  • Members to be taken on site once the titles are released.
KANTAFU
  • Phase 1 is fully sold out.
  • The-processing-of subdivising and beaconing is underway and expected to be complete by early April 2017
  • Title deeds for phase 1 ready for collection.

KANTAFU PROJECT ALONG KANGUNDO ROAD

FEATURES:

  • Located 2.4 kms from Kangundo road at Kantafu trading centre.
  • The land is next to the Proposed greater  eastern bypass.
  • Electricity and water is in the vicinity.
  • The plots are 50 by 100 selling at :

1.Residential plots Members Kes 500,000/=

2.Nonmembers 550,000.

3.Commercial plots members 600,000.

4.Nonmembers 650,000.

5.The above prices are inclusive of title deed processing.

  • The payment plan is 20% deposit and balance payable within 90 days
  • You can also opt to pay in up to 12 installments

TINGA PHASE 2 PROJECT:
We still have a few plots remaining being sold on first come first served basis;

Features:

  • Located 5 km from Nairobi – Magadi road.
  • The land is near the famous Masabi ranch –a popular rally and camping spot.
  • The land is next to the proposed greater southern by pass from Isinya to Suswa.
  • The plots are selling at Kes 150,000/= for 50 by 100 including  title deed.
  • The payment plan is 20% deposit and balance payable within 90 days.

KISAJU PHASE 3

Features:

  • Located  800 meters  from   the Isinya Kiserian tarmac road
  • The land is next to the Proposed greater  southern  bypass
  • Opposite Kisaju plains project
  • Electricity and water is in the vicinity
  • The plots are selling at Kes 585,000/= for 50 by 100 including title deed.
  • The payment plan is 20% deposit and balance payable within 90 days
  • You can also opt to pay in up to 12  installments

MARKETING INCENTIVES
