Wanandege Sacco deals with short term activities like loans to members, while Wanandege Housing deals with Long term activities i.e. investments where you buy shares and in return get dividends and also you are entitled to share certificates hence a share holder.
Wanandege phase two basically is shares of the Wanandege plaza building while Wanandege Housing deals with investments.
Every member is encouraged to attain 150 shares through their monthly contributions so that the society can meet its mandate through economies of scale.
