We have successfully completed 4 (four) massive projects in Machakos and Kajiado Counties. I.e. Katani, Kinanie, Kisaju 1 and Kisaju Annex.

Wanandege Housing was voted KENYA’S MOST HEAVILY CAPITALIZED HOUSING COOPERATIVE by the Ushirika celebrations council during the Annual Cooperatives Ushirika Celebrations held on 3rd July 2011.
2012
Wanandege Housing was voted KENYA’S BEST HOUSING COOPERATIVE by the Ushirika celebrations council during the Annual Cooperatives Ushirika Celebrations held on 7th July 2012.
2013
Wanandege Housing was voted as being the most CONSISTENT IN LAND AND HOUSING PROJECTS by the Ushirika celebrations council during the Annual Cooperatives Ushirika Celebrations held on 6th July 2013.
